Alan Ross Machinery Corp.'s complaint against Machinio Corp. for extracting data related to sales listings, photographs, and descriptions of certain machinery and HTML Markup from Alan Ross’s website, and then reproducing those data on Machinio’s website after replacing Alan Ross’s copyright management information with Machinio’s own CMI, is dismissed.
