CamelBak Accused of Misappropriating Bite-Valve Technology

Vista Outdoor Inc.'s CamelBak Products LLC was sued in San Francisco federal court by a group of inventors who say it breached a license agreement by continuing to use their bite-to-drink valve technology after terminating the contract.

Acorn Bay is a partnership of three inventors that says it owns over 25 patents, including six patents related to drink valves.
