Rejuva Fresh LLC copied BTL Industries Inc.'s patented body-sculpting devices that use high-intensity electromagnetic waves to generate as much as 20,000 muscle contractions during a half-hour treatment session, along with the trademarks used to market them, BTL claimed in a new lawsuit.
