Brooke Shields Sues Company Over ‘Brooke S.’ Brow Pencil (1)

Actress Brooke Shields has filed a right-of-publicity lawsuit against a cosmetics company that allegedly used her name without permission to sell eyebrow pencils in a shade labeled “Brooke S.”

Shields first learned of the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. product while out shopping in early 2019, according to the May 8 complaint filed in the Superior Court of California. Shields in the lawsuit stressed the renown of her “iconic eyebrows,” and said she has been working toward creating her own cosmetics line with an emphasis on eyebrow-enhancing products.
