A media branding and advertising company accused a competitor of stealing its name and blocking its trademark registration, according to a federal lawsuit.
After a “peaceful coexistence” for nearly a decade, Golden Productions Inc. began using a “Golden Child” mark identical to the “sight, sound, meaning and commercial impression” of Golden Child Media LLC’s marks, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
