Boston Dynamics Inc. agreed to drop two patent-infringement lawsuits accusing Ghost Robotics Corp. of copying technology used to build its robotic dogs.
Judge Maryellen Noreika approved the parties’ joint stipulations of dismissal Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware. The settlements bar each side from renewing its claims or counterclaims.
