Prominent crawfish importer Gulf Marine Products Co. Inc. is suing A La Carte Specialty Foods LLC for allegedly using its Boudreaux’s trademark and product codes after the companies’ partnership expired.
ALC, controlled by co-defendant Karl Turner, was a licensee of GMP Boudreaux’s breaded oysters until GMP sent ALC a notice in October 2025 that the Boudreaux’s brand would no longer be used by any other entity.
