Boeing Must Face Wilson’s Trade Secret Theft Claims, Judge Rules

Boeing failed to convince a judge to throw out Wilson Aerospace LLC’s a lawsuit accusing it of stealing proprietary technology.

Wilson Aerospace plausibly alleged trade secret misappropriation regarding a bolting tool used on Boeing Co.‘s Dreamliner under the 2016 Defend Trade Secrets Act, Judge John H. Chun wrote in an opinion filed March 14 in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington.
