BOE infringed US Patent Nos. 7,705,948, 8,223,093 and 10,181,462 for displays in smartphones, computers, monitors, and TVs, according to the verdict returned Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Paul Ahern, a senior director at Longitude, said in an email statement that the verdict confirms what the company has maintained for years: The patents are valid and were infringed by BOE.
