Bleacher Report, the sports news and culture website, was accused in a lawsuit of using a Los Angeles photographer’s images without his permission.
Howard Schatz alleged the website, operating under parent company Turner Broadcasting System Inc., infringed copyrights he held for images of first baseman Albert Pujols and several star boxers, according to the lawsuit filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
