A Black executive has formally dropped his lawsuit accusing the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance office for which he worked of denying him a promotion in retaliation for his race bias complaints.
The US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin accepted a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice and without costs or fees to any party on Monday.
