The owners of BitMart and KuCoin were hit with similar infringement lawsuits in a patent assertion company’s litigation campaign in Texas targeting online trading platforms.
Intercurrency Software LLC filed separate lawsuits over a trio of patents Thursday against BitMart owner GBM Foundation Co. Ltd. and against KuCoin’s owner MEK Global Ltd. and website owner PhoenixFin Pte Ltd. in the US District Court of the Eastern District of Texas.
