Danaher Corp.’s Cytiva Sweden AB and Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. settled a patent-infringement lawsuit over a protein purification system used in biopharmaceutical research, according to a filing in Delaware federal court.
No details were provided in the joint stipulation of dismissal filed Thursday but not yet approved in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
