Bio-Rad Laboratories and 10x Genomics have reached a final settlement to resolve litigation Massachusetts, Delaware, California and Germany and before the ITC, Bio-Rad says.
- Settlement includes global patent cross-license for patents held by both Bio-Rad and 10x Genomics
- Bio-Rad and 10x Genomics grant each other a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing license to develop products and services related to single-cell analysis
