Petunia Products Inc., the cosmetics company behind “Billion Dollar Brows” eyebrow products, owns a trademark in the words “Brow Boost” that competitor Rodan & Fields LLC has infringed with its “Brow Defining Boost” product, according to a new complaint filed in a federal court in California.
Consumers are likely to be confused or deceived, Petunia says in the complaint, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
