The US House of Representatives voted Monday to pass a bill that would bar US agencies from enforcing or validating trademarks confiscated by the Cuban government.
The bipartisan “No Stolen Trademarks Honored in America Act” (H.R. 1505) would extend the ban, which currently applies to US courts, to include to all federal agencies, including the US Patent and Trademark Office.
