Big $48 Billion Systems Design Pipeline Seen in New IT Contract

The next two years holds considerable promise for 425 initial awardees on the NIH-managed Chief Information Officers Solutions and Partners 4 IT systems design contract—but first their contracts have to be finalized.

Task orders expiring through June 2025 in the systems design market have been worth $48 billion since they were first awarded. This group includes $7.3 billion in task awards on the two existing CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business contracts that the new, consolidated CIO-SP4 vehicle will replace.
