Biden Taps PTO Associate Solicitor for Court of Federal Claims

President Joe Biden plans to nominate US Patent and Trademark Office Associate Solicitor Molly Silfen to serve on the federal court that hears claims for money damages against the federal government.

If confirmed by the Senate, Silfen would join the Court of Federal Claims, which weighs a range of cases that can include patent and trademark infringement allegations.
