Michigan’s Bell’s Brewery Inc. reached a confidential settlement of a suit alleging its “Deer Camp” beer infringes a “Deer Camp” coffee trademark held by hunting goods company Buck Baits LLC.
Counsel for Bell’s confirmed a settlement was reached but declined to discuss specifics of the agreement. The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan dismissed the case with prejudice Wednesday on the motion of the parties.
