Two competitors ended their legal battle over the “Moke” trademark months after an appellate court overturned a finding that the term had become generic.
Moke America LLC and Moke International Ltd. dropped all trademark infringement claims and counterclaims in a stipulation of voluntary dismissal without prejudice filed Friday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. No additional details on their agreement were immediately available, and counsel for both parties didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
