The complaint said the products, which include diaper rash ointments and athlete’s foot treatments, were sold on storefronts called “I Buy Direct” and “AmericaRX” without authorization from Bayer. The products received poor customer reviews, which complained about the products being tampered with or having expired, according to the suit filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
