Bausch & Lomb Sues Harrow, Seeks Recall of Competing Eye Drop

Bausch Health’s Bausch & Lomb unit and closely held Eye Therapies filed a lawsuit against Harrow Health and three subsidiaries, claiming they make a treatment for red eye that infringes two patents related to Lumify eye drops.

• Bausch is seeking cash compensation to be determined at trial and court orders that Harrow “immediately cease all distribution and sale” of allegedly infringing product, recall all such products from marketplace and blocking further unauthorized use of inventions, according to complaint filed Friday in federal court in Trenton, New Jersey
