Bath & Body Works Says Victoria’s Secret Copied Body Spray Marks

Victoria’s Secret & Co.'s new line of scented body spray infringed the trademarks for Bath & Body Works Inc.'s similar body spray it launched a few months earlier, according to a federal lawsuit.

The lingerie and beauty retailer’s “Oh, Cherry” mark for the body spray it began selling in July is identical in both name and product type to the spray Bath & Body Works began selling in March, according to the complaint filed Aug. 23 in the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
