BAT Says Will Defend Intellectual Property Robustly Across Globe

British American Tobacco issues statement in response to U.S. International Trade Commission said that Philip Morris and Altria’s IQOS products infringe two of its patents.

  • “Infringement of our intellectual property undermines our ability to invest and innovate and thereby reduce the health impact of our business. We will therefore defend our IP robustly across the globe.”
