Restaurant equipment manufacturer Glastender Inc. is accused of selling multi-zone commercial beverage coolers that infringe a patent held by rival bar equipment maker Perlick Corp., according to a federal lawsuit filed in Michigan.
Perlick’s lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, takes aim at at least two of Glastender’s refrigeration models, which provide dual-zone, reach-in beverage coolers with multiple doors.
