Bank of Oklahoma Settles With ‘Dank of Oklahoma’ Dispensary

The Bank of Oklahoma has settled a dispute with a dispensary called “Dank of Oklahoma” over alleged trademark infringement, according to a filing in federal court.

The settlement bars the dispensary from using a name, logo, or any other advertising that would cause confusion with the bank’s trademarks, the Tuesday filing in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma said.
