Bang Energy was hit with a third copyright infringement lawsuit on Thursday over its alleged use of unlicensed music on the energy drink maker’s TikTok and Instagram accounts.
The complaint, filed by record labels affiliated with Warner Music Group Corp., alleged that Bang has “paid nothing for the right to use” the music appearing in short-form videos produced under Bang’s social media influencer program.
