Belgian live event staging company WICREATIONS BVBA was hit with a patent infringement suit over control systems it used for concert performances for Bad Bunny, Rammstein, Ed Sheeran, and Raye.
WICREATIONS’ automated chain drive control system infringes US Patent No. 8,905,380, Tait Towers Manufacturing LLC said in a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.. WICREATIONS CEO Hans Willems is also liable for the infringement, Tait said, naming him as a co-defendant.
