‘Bachelor’ Finalist Hannah Ann Sues P&G, CVS Over Use of Image

Former “Bachelor” contestant Hannah Ann Sluss accused The Procter & Gamble Co. Inc., CVS Pharmacy Inc, Walmart Inc., and Target Corp. of using her image without permission to promote Downy detergent, according to a complaint filed in a California federal court.

Sluss alleged that P&G and others continued to use her image to promote products after her license expired, according to the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
