Goodbaby’s Evenflo Co. Inc. and Monahan Products, doing business as Uppa Baby, market stroller product lines utilizing similar methods to Baby Jogger’s patents, according to separate complaints filed in federal courts June 18. Baby Jogger filed its lawsuit against Evenflo in the US District Court for the District of Delaware and allegations against Uppa Baby in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
