Avon Canada LLC and a subsidiary reached an agreement to settle yoga clothing company Alo LLC’s trademark infringement lawsuit, according to a filing in California federal court.
Alo, Avon, and the Avon-owned Fruits & Passion Boutiques Inc. said in a Thursday joint filing that the parties had struck a deal and are working on formalizing the end of the dispute in the US District Court for the Central District of California. Terms weren’t immediately available.
