AutoDesk’s Innovyze Loses Bid to Toss Water-Management-Tech Suit

AutoDesk Inc.’s Innovyze unit must face an Israeli company’s allegations in Delaware federal court that some of its systems for analyzing and modeling a utility’s water distribution infringe four TaKaDu Ltd. patents on cloud technology for monitoring pipe leaks and bursts, a federal judge ruled.
