English horror author Clive Barker settled his dispute in Los Angeles federal court with an entertainment company over the rights to his screenplay for the film “Hellraiser” and the book that inspired it, stipulating that his termination of Park Avenue Entertainment LLC’s interest in the works was valid.
Barker will reclaim the rights to the screenplay and his novella “The Hellbound Heart” in December 2021, according to a stipulated judgment filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
