Autel Decision in SZ DJI Drone-Patent Case to Be Reviewed by ITC

The U.S. International Trade Commission will take a second look at part of a trade judge’s findings from March that SZ DJI had violated one of three Autel Robotics patents for drones, according to a notice on the agency’s website.

  • The dispute is over drones used for aerial photography and videotaping, as well as for agricultural purposes
