Novitium Pharma LLC’s proposed generic version of oral pain treatment Qdolo infringes two patents owned by Athena Bioscience LLC, a federal lawsuit says.
Athena alleges Novitium’s copy infringes two patents covering Qdolo’s tramadol hydrochloride oral solution, according to a complaint filed Dec. 27 in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
Novitium didn’t immediately respond to Bloomberg Law’s request for comment.
