AT&T Hit With Patent Infringement Suit Over 5G Technology (1)

AT&T Inc. was hit with a lawsuit alleging infringement of five of Vivato Technologies’ patents on “minimum-input, minimum output” and beamforming communications technology.

XR Communications LLC, doing business as Vivato, filed the complaint in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Monday. The company makes base stations for wireless communications systems.

Vivato also filed nearly identical complaints against Verizon and T-Mobile in the same court on Monday.
