ASUS, Razer Knock Out Allegations in Charging Tech Patent Suits

A federal judge dismissed patent infringement allegations against ASUSTek Computer Inc., Razer Inc., and Zagg Inc. in a Taiwanese company’s litigation campaign concerning wireless charging technology.

IFPower Co. didn’t explain howASUS and Razer’s products infringed US Patent No. 7,298,361 and how all the defendants’ accused products infringed US Patent No. 7,863,860, according to separate orders filed March 26 in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
