ASAP Bari Loses Bid to Block VLONE Products, Social Media Posts

Streetwear designer Jabari Shelton, better known as A$AP Bari, failed to convince a California federal court to block LVDV Holdings LLC from using the VLONE clothing trademark.

Shelton’s ex parte application for a temporary restraining order and order to show cause for a preliminary injunction was denied by the US District Court for the Central District of California on May 5. Shelton requested the court enjoin LVDV from all uses of VLONE marks or copyrights, as well as social media accounts and websites associated with VLONE.
