The US Copyright Office was sued yet again over a piece of AI-generated art.
Colorado-based Jason Allen said the Copyright Office denied his attempt to register the work titled “Théâtre D’opéra Spatial” created using 624 prompts plugged into the AI-powered text-to-image generator Midjourney, according to the complaint file in the US District Court for the US District Court of Colorado.
