Arista Networks Inc. persuaded a jury to reject Cisco Systems Inc.’s claim that it copied technology to eat into its larger rival’s dominance of the $25 billion network switching market (Cisco Systems Inc. v. Arista Networks Inc., N.D. Cal., 14-cv-5344, jury verdict 12/14/16).
