Arigna, Susman Godfrey Signal End to Patent Suit Against BMW

BMW and an Irish patent owner it’s tussled with for the better part of three years signaled they’re close to resolving their infringement dispute.

Since early 2021, Bayerische Motoren Werke AG and its North American affiliate have been the target of a flurry of patent suits filed by Arigna Technology Ltd., a unit of Dublin-based patent-monetization firm Atlantic IP Services Ltd.
