Apple’s Redesigned Watch Faces Trade Commission Import Review

The Apple Redesign 2 Watch will get a US International Trade Commission review to determine if it should be covered by a previous import ban.

An administrative law judge will rule on whether imports of the new watch infringe on Masimo Corp.'s patent for light-based blood-oxygen measurement technology, and whether Apple Inc. induces infringement by importing watches and iPhones in separate boxes to be paired in the US.
