Apple Inc. won its bid to transfer Scramoge Technology Ltd.’s suit over four patents for wireless charging technology to California, but the federal judge in Texas who approved the move also lashed into Apple’s “professionally paid venue witness” so other courts “can similarly discount his credibility.”
