Apple Sued Over Audio Defects in First Generation AirPods Pro

Apple Inc. is facing a new class action over an alleged audio defect in its first generation AirPods Pro that causes crackling, static, and other sound issues.

The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, accuses the tech giant of illegally continuing to advertise the earbuds as having superior sound quality despite knowing of the defect.
