Apple Loses Bids for Validity Reviews of Infringed Masimo Patent

Apple Inc. failed to convince a US tribunal to review the validity of a Masimo Corp. patent that a trade judge earlier this month found the Apple Watch infringes, a win for Masimo as it fights for a ban on imports of the tech giant’s popular devices.
