A Texas federal judge dismissed
Apple and developer Fintiv Inc. individually sought dismissals over the weekend, according to an order filed Monday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. Judge Alan Albright granted Apple’s motion to dismiss which accused Fintiv of failing to inform the technology giant of plans to dismiss the case so that the patent owner could pursue appellate rights.
