Apple Defeats Musi’s Bid to Return to App Store Amid IP Row

A federal California judge denied Musi Inc.'s request to force Apple Inc. to relist the music streaming application for download.

Musi failed to show the app was removed in bad faith following multiple complaints from Google’s YouTube and the music industry, Judge Eumi K. Lee said. Apple removed Musi from the App Store after receiving numerous complaints accusing Musi of intellectual property infringement, Lee said, and Musi’s responses to those complaints weren’t always diligent.
