Appeals Court Undoes SAP Antitrust, IP Win in Teradata Suit (1)

Teradata Corp. convinced a federal appeals court to reverse a California federal judge’s ruling for SAP SE in a lawsuit accusing SAP of misappropriating trade secrets for addressing technical problems in software and violating antitrust laws by requiring customers to buy linked products.
