Luxury lifestyle and apparel company Printfresh LLC has filed a copyright infringement suit, claiming another brand profited off a knockoff of its original tiger print textile design.
Printfresh claimed Guadalupe Design, a women’s clothing company, displayed, distributed, and sold dresses bearing an identical print to its design without its consent, according to a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court in the Southern District of New York.
