A California anti-abortion group is trying to stop state Attorney General Rob Bonta (D) from suing it under unfair competition and false advertising laws by touting “abortion pill reversal.”
Culture of Life Family Services on Monday asked the US District Court for the Southern District of California to block Bonta from filing a suit against it as part of his “crusade” against speech he disfavors. The group advertises and provides a procedure in which pregnant women ingest the hormone progesterone to “reverse” the effects of an abortion-inducing pill and save their pregnancies.
